Dosage and Administration:
Half-life: 36 hours (Clenbuterol, 2,4-dinitrophenol), 5 hours (Yohimbine)
Adult Dosage
For localized and whole-body fat burning
Subcutaneous injection of 0.25-1ml every 8 hours daily, or as needed. Ideally, a 5-day on, 2-day off injection protocol should be followed, matching the half-life saturation of each compound and allowing for receptor site regeneration every 5 days. While DNP does not have a localized fat-burning effect, clenbuterol hydrochloride and yohimbine do. Therefore, alternating injection sites daily or injecting into problem areas is highly recommended. We recommend starting with a 0.25-1ml subcutaneous injection and building tolerance based on individual response. Evaluate the dose and effectiveness 30 minutes after the first injection. Adjust dose as needed.

DNP Mechanism of Action
DNP (dinitrophenol) is a synthetic compound historically used to promote fat loss by dramatically increasing body temperature and metabolic rate. While effective for rapid weight loss, DNP also has side effects and potential risks.
DNP’s Role in Fat Loss
DNP induces rapid fat loss by generating heat through inefficient energy consumption, forcing the body to burn more calories.
DNP’s Mechanism of Action
DNP inhibits mitochondrial function, causing cells to consume more fuel while reducing the production of available energy (ATP). This process is similar to a slipping clutch in a car: the engine generates heat but does not transfer enough energy to exercise. As a result, the body expends more energy, resulting in rapid fat loss.
More specifically, DNP induces proton leak from mitochondria, requiring the body to burn more fuel to produce the same amount of ATP within cells, or in some cases, less ATP than normal.
Clenbuterol’s Mechanism of Action
Clenbuterol is a bivalent agonist structurally and pharmacologically similar to epinephrine and salbutamol, but its effects are more potent and prolonged as a stimulant and thermogenic agent. It improves aerobic capacity, stimulates the central nervous system, and increases blood pressure and oxygen delivery. It also increases the rate of body fat metabolism and increases the basal metabolic rate. It is commonly used for its smooth muscle relaxant properties. This means it is a bronchodilator and tocolytic with significant fat-reducing properties.
Mechanism of Action of Yohimbine
Yohimbine, also known as quebratine and not to be confused with yohimbe, is an indoloquinolizidine alkaloid extracted from the bark of the African tree Pausinystalia johimbe and the unrelated South American tree Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco. Yohimbine is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist. It has been prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, but its reported clinical efficacy has been limited and it has largely been replaced by PDE5 inhibitors. A substance believed to be an extract of yohimbe is sold as a dietary supplement for various purposes and has shown significant effects in fat loss (especially when injected into certain areas).
